1. Methods of Collecting Your Personal Data
Your personal data may be collected through the following channels:- Applications submitted via our website
- Job applications received via e-mail
- Career platforms such as LinkedIn
- Physical delivery of application documents
2. Categories of Personal Data Processed
During recruitment processes, the following personal data may be processed:- Identity Information: Full name, date and place of birth
- Contact Information: Phone number, e-mail address, residence address
- Educational and Professional Information: CV, diploma details, certificates, language skills, reference information, cover letter, portfolio
- Other Information: Sensitive personal data will only be processed with your explicit consent.
3. Purposes of Processing Personal Data
Your personal data will be processed for the following purposes:- Conducting recruitment and interview processes
- Evaluating your job application and professional suitability
- Communicating with candidates regarding application status and future opportunities
- Storing applications for future job openings, with the applicant’s consent
4. Transfer of Personal Data
Your personal data may be shared with:- Our domestic group companies and service providers
- Legal, financial, or human resources consultants
- Authorized public institutions, courts, and enforcement offices upon legal obligation
- Technology providers that support services such as e-mail communication and cloud storage, which may include cross-border data transfers due to system infrastructure
If you apply through third-party platforms such as LinkedIn, your data may be transferred abroad in accordance with the terms of those platforms. We recommend reviewing their privacy policies accordingly.
5. Rights of the Data Subject
In accordance with Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to:- Learn whether your personal data is processed,
- Request information if it has been processed,
- Learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with the purpose,
- Know third parties to whom data is transferred locally or abroad,
- Request correction if data is incomplete or inaccurate,
- Request deletion or destruction under the conditions set forth in Article 7,
- Request notification to third parties of any actions taken under subparagraphs (e) and (f),
- Object to processing outcomes derived solely via automated systems,
- Claim compensation if damage arises due to unlawful processing.
You may submit your requests in writing, or via a registered e-mail address (KEP), secure electronic signature, or mobile signature, by including your name, surname, Turkish ID number (if applicable), address, telephone or e-mail, and the rights you wish to exercise.
Requests will be answered within 30 days as stipulated by the KVKK. Please make sure your request is clear and your contact details are complete so that we can respond properly. If the response requires the use of recording media (such as CD or flash drive), you may be charged only for the material cost.

If you wish your application to be stored for future opportunities, please indicate this in your application or send a request to the e-mail address above. Reference and background checks are performed only with your prior consent.
Ancienda takes appropriate administrative and technical measures to protect your data, limits data processing to the intended purpose, and retains personal data only for the required legal or operational period. Data will be destroyed in compliance with KVKK and related regulations when no longer needed.
We reserve the right to update this notice in case of any changes to the law or decisions made by the Personal Data Protection Authority.
